it was a great stay

the location was very good , and had lots of massage stalls arround us , the hotel was nice and clean

i hope we could use the pool area in the morning or afternoon , it was only open from 4pm so we couldn't get to enjoy the rooftop and area and pool side

I keep coming back because it is very welcoming.

Breakfast was good. A bit pricey though. Location was excellent. The virgin bar was great .romantic setting.so close to the beach and the entertainment area. Walking distance.

Hot water more often. It was hit and miss. I shave every day

Very Good

The staff were nice and friendly, and they also have service-mind. The rooftop was great.

We had to use the pool which shared by their sister hotel. It is quite small and locates in a bad view. The song Playlist on rooftop was boring, so it ruined our experience a little bit.

Great hotel by the beach

Great location just by the beach. Lovely balcony with outdoor furniture. Plenty of free amenities. Shower was nice and easy to use as well as safe deposit box.

English proficiency varies greatly from staff to staff. I understand that Thai is the spoken language in Thailand and I was prepared for difficulties. It may sometimes create issues when trying to retrieve information from the front desk.

Good Value for Money

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I had stayed at this place on many of my visits in Pattaya and never encounter any problem during Check-in. The housekeeping staff had done a very good work in keeping the room clean and tidy. Likewise, the Café staff were also very polite and helpful. Had always enjoyed my stay in this place.

I had never encounter any problem during any of my visit here.

amazing and favorite place

its not the first I have been in sea view hotel, I love the place amazing and the room view its on ocean and the beach it's just around 1 minute walking, the Staff they so amazing and friendly they will help you with any questions you have at any time, and they have a nice amazing restaurant with many kinds Thai food, seafood, Persian food and Middle Eastern food, the room has a nice mattress and bathtub in bathroom, and everything you need its around you like supermarket its just a few steps and Starbucks it's walking for about 2 minutes, actually I'm going back again and again because this is the best hotel for me.

The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well organised. Housekeeping staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy every day. Restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Well worth a stay!!

We had a room with a balcony / sea view and that was truly wonderful. The hotel was well maintained with all the required amenities taken care of. The beach was just a short walk away. The staff were pretty professional in their interactions. The restaurant serves good food but on the pricey side though. No serious misgivings or complaints from our side.

Made the mistake of giving clothes for laundry at the hotel. Pricing was exorbitant. My suggestion is that guests use the services of a laundry located just opposite the hotel as they are very decently priced .........the hotel outsources from this very laundry as I learnt later on and they charge only around a third :( :(

Good value for your money.

The staff are friendly, helpful and spoken good English. Room is clean and equipment/furniture are in good condition. Wifi speed connection is good and fast. The bed is very comfortable and housekeeping staff have done good daily cleaning.

Did not use the swimming pool facility so no comment on that. So far my stayed in this hotel have been very pleasant.

Its not to my expectation. I feel cheated by hotel.

Please do not book this hotel if you wish sea view. I paid a lot for the sea view. At the same cost I was getting five star hotels. When i checked in my room I was surprised to see that there is no sea view. When I asked about this to hotel staff the rudely said me that lean down the you will see the sea. I did the same and was about to fall from the balcony. Luckily when i was about to fall I saw the sea. This was the sea view room. I want my money to be refunded. I feel cheated.

Liked the hotel

the pool is nice (belongs to the neighbouring hotel). Rooms are big. Food menu is extensive and international! Staff are very friendly and nice. Room service is very good. So many shops and malls in close distance to Hotel. International guests and foreigner friendly hotel.

If you pay with Credit Card you get extra charges that are not specified in booking.com confirmation.

A lovely hotel, excellent value for money and woul definitely go there again. :o)

We loved this hotel the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, Breakfast was included in the price with a really good range of foods. Not to mention the evening meal with a lobster thermidor type meal at about 1000 THB, this would be more than 3000 THB in our home town, Sydney....!

We know Pattaya is fun place but my wife found the idea of condoms in the mini bar a somewhat confronting....! We found that the place was difficult to find. The address given on Booking.com showed the place to be on Beach Rd, but my taxi driver after driving around the block many times and asking local drivers found the entrance was on Soi 4.....!

Nice hotel to stay but can be better.

The staffs.swimming Pool. The charm of the room in front of the beach.

We have to carry the room card when we go out and the reception is not taking it. They charged us 1000 bahts because we made the floor dirty!
